Middleton & Sawtooth Roundabout

Precision provided design services to construct a unique multi-lane roundabout with five approaches at the intersection of Middleton Rd and Sawtooth Lake Dr in Middleton. The project had a compressed project schedule with a timeline from start to finish of only 3 months, completed on time and within budget. The proximity to the Boise River and fifth-approach leg provided a complex challenge along every step of project development from the design of the roadway profiles, fastest path calculations, and truck turns.
