Joel Grounds, P.E., PTOE (Project Manager/Principal Engineer) – Mr. Grounds has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Boise State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho (No. 12754), Washington (No. 21008193), Utah (10979361-2202) and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (No. 2531) with 21 years of experience. He has held the role of Project Manager / Principal Engineer while owning and operating Precision Engineering. He has also been involved in multiple federally funded roadway projects of all sizes and has extensive background with intersection design, channelization, and traffic signal design, including the design of approximately 50+ intersections including 13 roundabouts, 60+ traffic signals and 100+ miles of fiber optic interconnect and street lighting. Joel has a great working relationship with City, County and State government agencies throughout Idaho.
Andy Elliott, P.E. (Sr Roadway Design Engineer) - Mr. Elliott has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho (No. 15778) with 16 years of experience. His design experience includes roadway and intersection geometrics, traffic and Synchro analysis, hydraulics and hydrology, SWPPP, construction traffic control, signing and pavement markings, cost estimating and preparing special provisions.
Kevin Kingsbury, P.E. (Sr Traffic and Analysis Engineer) - Mr. Kingsbury has B.S. & M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho (No. 16249) with 14 years of experience. His design experience includes roadway and intersection geometrics, traffic signals, ITS, VISSIM modeling, construction traffic control, signing and pavement markings, cost estimating and preparing special provisions.
Brandon Mapes, P.E. (Sr Intersection and Signal Design Engineer) - Mr. Mapes has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho (No. 17889) with 10 years of experience. His design experience includes roadway and intersection geometrics, traffic signals, cycle tracks, multimodal facilities, road safety audits, corridor studies, street lighting and cost estimating.
Nolan Lindquist, E.I.T. (Staff Engineer) - Mr. Lindquist has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University. His design experience includes roadway and intersection geometrics grading, multiuse facilities hydraulic and hydrology design and cost estimating.
Logan Jensen, E.I.T. (Staff Engineer) - Mr. Jensen has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University. His design experience includes traffic analysis utilizing Synchro, PTV Vistro and Visum modeling, traffic signal design, illumination and ITS.
Connor Hamnquist (Staff Engineer) - Mr. Hamnquist has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from California Baptist University. His design experience includes roadway and intersection design, traffic signal design, SWPPPs and traffic control.
Logan Jensen, E.I.T. (Staff Engineer) - Mr. Jensen has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University. His design experience includes traffic analysis utilizing Synchro, PTV Vistro and Visum modeling, traffic signal design, illumination and ITS.
