SH-44 & Cemetary Rd Traffic Signal

Precision provided design services to install a traffic signal at the SH-44 and Cemetery Rd intersection. As part of this project, access management included restricting Highlands Dr to right in-right out, adding a new access from N Highlands Dr to Cemetery Rd and constructing a new roadway connecting S Highlands Dr to Cemetery Rd. Precision also provided construction administration assistance throughout the duration of construction. This project was a result of Precision assisting the City of Middleton in earning nearly $2M as part of the Strategic Initiative Grant Program (SIGP) through ITD.
