Ten Mile Crossing Development Roundabout

Precision provided civil engineering services to Brighton Corp as part of their Ten Mile Creek development in Meridian, ID. The project consisted of designing a roundabout at Cobalt Dr, traffic signal at Franklin Rd/Wayfinder Ave, and traffic signal at Franklin Rd/Benchmark Way. We assisted the development site engineer with the required 404 permitting due to the relocation of a canal on the development site. Additionally, we assisted with the preparation of license agreement applications for improvements within the R/W for which the development would have maintenance and other responsibilities.
